Guy's we are in the Kildare region of the country in a new build estate, a number of homes in the estate are Tuath, the people seem grand.

However i have been reading about other developments Tuath are in, has anyone got any experience living in these affordable housing estate as a private householder?

Tuath started off well but with increasing number of properties their tenant screening is gone.
I am aware of a few estates and apartment complexes where they placed great tenants and then one scumbag family slipped through the net and really messed it up for everyone. Tuath did nothing about their anti social behaviour and it reflected badly on the sound social housing tenants.
