Amazon prime video no longer working with Silk browser

I can no longer watch prime video through the Silk browser. Getting an "operating system not supported" error. I've had a prime account and a 2nd gen firestick since before Prime video was available in Ireland.

I initially had it for Netflix and Kodi, but discovered the silk workaround from a thread here and it had been working fine for a couple of years. I'm not sure when this started happening as I haven't tried to watch anything for a couple of months. Have Amazon removed support for Silk as it's no longer needed for YouTube? Is there another way to watch prime video on a UK bought firestick?

Go to Silk Browser settings and scroll across to "Request Desktop Sites" click on that and it should work. U will probably have to do each time you use the app.

Thanks for that. Strangely, the error didn't appear when I tried it last night, but I'll try that the next time it occurs.

Just to let you know, the error appeared again and your suggestion worked. Thanks again.
