My hair has become very fine and thin in recent years. I've tried various shampoos, supplements etc but nothing works. I'm now thinking of getting extensions but don't really know much about them. Could anyone give me an idea of how I should go about this, recommend a place that's good at dealing with clients with thinning…

Could anyone give me an idea of how I should go about this, recommend a place that's good at dealing with clients with thinning hair and also give me some idea of how much I'm talking about money wise?
