PPA form vs ePPA form

    Hi there

I applied to Revenue for a Phased Payment plan using the online PPA1 form. It's for debt from 2018 (have just sent in my S11 and can't pay total up front) which is less than €3000. According to their site here:

    https://www.revenue.ie/en/starting-a-business/paying-your-tax/tax-payment-difficulties.aspx

I only had to send in the ePPA form if my debt is less than €5k. They'd come calling if more required. My application was rejected and when I rang to find out why, they claimed I didn't supply all requested documents, i.e. 6 months of accounts for each bank account listed.

Yet in the link above and in other parts of the site, it specifically says these are non-mandatory for sub-€5k debts. I'm very confused.

It also states in above link, that I only have to fill out certain parts of the ePPA. Not sure whether to trust it now? Anyone with similar experience?
