Hi got married 2 years ago my husband is on jobseekers and I have always been on half rate carers but we claim for 2 children we gat half rate for each but my oldest is turning 18 and he’s doing a scheme but I recently found a for about paye tax form we’re he is trying to apply as a married couple he filled in my details without my permission I’m raging now I found out he gave my daughter a from to claim as a adult dependent she is in full time education I’m really upset about the secretary but could some one tell me what his doing because if he had asked I would have just done it but something is not right

If you're married you're supposed to declare your partners income/situation so it can be assessed also, or is he claiming you're unemployed when you're not?

same for the child, if they continue in education (I think)?

so, only problem being he did it off his own bat, or in secrecy, into his account (if that's possible) or your joint account? or do you have to turn up at the post office for collection, as it's not disability, they like you to trot yourself down for collection so you're not off in another country or something similar.

I never declared anything to social he did I’m thinking I go collect my money weekly he’s is ment to be through back no joint accounts I have mine he has his but I ask him to get me a statement from his back but got ****tie excuse saying he has to do online banking but he showed me some dodgy payslips from paypath it not about the money it’s trust he filled in my personal details and the quiliefd child how’s tuning 18 is not his blood child
