How bad will it get ? House building.

    How much more land is zoned round Greystones / Delgany for building? How many more houses are we likely to see. I’m trying to get a handle on how bad it will actually get here.

    It’s making this once great village / town a much worse place to live.

    The zoning for residential has been excessive , out of step with what the area can sustain and extremely detrimental for the area. Those that made those zoning decisions should be ashamed of themselves.
