    is that vote meaningful - as in, do the councillors have the power to allocate budget in that way?

    I mentioned the cyclingforall.ie campaign to every LE candidate that I spoke to last year and not one of them would agree to it :(

    Technically it's the County Manager call and it depends on overall budget and what else councillors have done, like say voting to reduce LPT!
