new pc build thoughts/advice

hi guys.
i built a pc with the great help here about 5 years ago and it's time to bite the bullet and move on to the next machine. i haven't upgraded any parts along the way, so i reckon a full new machine is the way to go. it'll be used only for home solo gaming on a big tv and ideally will last ~5 years playing all top end games. i've been looking around and come up with this spec.

budget isn't a major factor, so i'm happy to go up a bit for significant improvements

i have an old 120gb ssd for the OS and a 2tb hdd for general storage, so don't need those.

You can save approx 10 sterling buying 1 stick of 16gb of the same ram on amazon.
Also if going for the 580 get yourself a saphire nitro+ version off amazon for the same price.

I wouldn't use one stick in single channel, 2 sticks will be much better.

RX 580 is low-end GPU, will not last 5 years.

RTX 2060 or RX 5700 would be a minimum IMHO

Also change PSU to EVGA G2 (better connectors & warranty).

thanks for that.

i found a supposed list of gpu performance hierarchy on tom's hardware. it seems to rank the 5700 a good bit above that 2060 you added.

would this one be worth the upgrade, it's only a tenner or so more?

I'd chance this dual-fan instead - price looks a bit low (i.e. sketchy) so if they email you asking for anything more, back out.
