I think the M365 is a great scooter, just passed 300km on it. Range of nearly 23km. I don't think you can go wrong with it. Only caution is the weight. 12kg is tiring and I'm nervous about locking it.

Thanks! Where did you purchase from can I ask? Does it come with a long warranty? Do the tires need to be changed much?

was thinking of getting one myself a while ago and it appears the xiaomi is a very popular one but prone to punctures which would put me off. the kugoo has solid wheels so no punctures, that's what i would go for.

Purchased from AliExpress, they ship from Poland so no duty. Think the warranty is a year, but good luck getting anything fixed if bought from China! Tires are not a problem. I think a lot of people don't have them inflated properly. I bought solid ones as a backup. But the consensus is there's a lot of range loss and the extra vibrations compromise the electronics and connections. So I'll stick with the tubes for the moment.

plus 1 on the M365. Do not get solid tyres.....death traps. Use slime in the tyres and keep them properly inflated for best range, grip and minimal wear.

The Three stores were selling the M365. Not sure if they still do. Might be worth a look.

    Chauffe, Marcel, chauffe!

You guys not worried that a Garda will fine you and confiscate your scooter, seeing as they are not road legal? Personally if I was in the market for one to use for a commute in Dublin, I would wait until they have been made legal, which is very likely to happen in the near future.

Was wondering myself, think you have to give it a kick like a normal scooter if you see the garda!

I have gone through a checkpoint down near ranelagh and on the cycle lane beside a checkpoint in templeogue. I got stopped at the ranelagh and the garda couldn't have been better. Asked if I had a high viz jacket, I only had the lights on bike and ones on my helmet. Went to car and checked if he had any. He didn't, said pop into rathmines one next time you're passing and get one. I asked him what he thought about the legality and he said they're great and wanted to make sure everyone was safe and that they're going to be around for a while.

I accept I got a good apple and they mightn't all be like that. But if you're not acting the clown and all that I don't think they'll do anything. Look at the level of one eyed bandits out there now the evenings are getting darker and they do nout about them!
