Nest Thermostat - Locked out, won't send code to my phone?

    Hi guys,

    Hoping someone can help or might have had this problem themselves.

    I got a new phone and when tried to log into Nest App on iOS it says type in code we just set to your mobile ending XXXX which is correct. But I never received the code, EVERY TIME I try it. There doesn't seem to be any other way I can get round this. Someone on Nest Community says, go to Google App and update my mobile, which I did and was already saved correctly, but I still don't receive a text when it says it has sent one. I have checked my phone with other text safety services and it works fine. Very frustrating as I want to change my nest schedule and have no way around this. I was there was even an email or chat service, but can't find anything online. Thanks in advance! Ian

    Did you change network when you changed phones?
