N3 morning traffic

I’m staying in my mam’s In Dunshaughlin tonight and will be getting the train from M3 Parkway to Docklands in the morning. Getting train around 7.40. Is traffic bad at this time on the N3? It’s been years but I remember it used to be standstill from before the Fairyhouse roundabout. Hoping it’s not the case and I’ll fly up the road?! Also is the train busy at that time? Hoping since it’s the first stop (I think??) that there’ll be no problem getting a seat. I’m used to a packed Luas, so a seat on my commute will be very welcome!

Oh and can I top up my Leap with my debit card at the station?

Traffic should be ok before the turn off to the m3 parkway.

I am not sure if you can top up the leap card there but there is a leap card app to facilitate top up,

Thanks! I flew up and was there really early, but glad I was in the end cos there were people standing by the time the train pulled off! Stopped and topped up my leap card on the way just in case, but they have the top up machines there as well :)
