Reinstall Synaptics ps 2 touch pad driver

    As I getting erratic / freeze behavior on touch pad on my 8.1 laptop, time to reinstall drivers.
    However my back up Acer Synaptics driver floder has no Set up.exe to install the full suite. I don't recognize any of the listed applications. Advice please.

    Laptop model number?
    For driver downloads look up on Acer official website.

    Thanks for that. I didn't understand the contents of my "Back up" Synaptics driver folder as I coudn't locate a Set up Exe.
    Best pratice IO Bit uninstall, clear residuals reboot & install ?
