Hello, looking for advice or to know if others are in the same boat. Under the 2018 to 2020 PSSA i was due in May to move from scale 6 to 9 (skipping 7 & 8 inline with the PSSA) this has no happened and i have only moved to scale 9. When i raised with HR i was told there is a query with HR and for the past few months my emails have been ignored or i have been told they will seek an update and revert back to me but then fail to do so. I am not in the Union and cant talk to anyone else in work about this. Does anyone know are Section 38 bodies involved in a dispute re implementing this....im getting very frustrated and would welcome any advice...please note i hate this kind of thing and feel very uncomfortable repeatedly having to seek answers

You should really join your Union. They're the only way to get things like this sorted.

Take this advice, join the union.

The reason your being ignored is most likely because you don’t have union representation and HR know it.

And don’t feel uncomfortable about it when you inform them you have joined the union, who will be in touch re your issue.
