    Hello,
A very close relative is visiting me from Pakistan for couple of months. Their visa has been approved.
    1. Do they really need travel health insurance? It seems it's one of the required documents at the Irish border- So I'm assuming answer is yes.
    2. I'm finding it hard to find an insurer for them. They will be 75 at the time of travel- Any ideas or recommendations ?
    Thank you

Yes it is a requirement, they won't be allowed in without it as they risk being a burden on our health system.

Irish companies don't insure visitors, he will need an insurer from his home country.
