I've been working 2 jobs last year.

The 1st one I do a few hours a week, clock card based and a handy few quid spending money, while the second is a salary & more serious.

The 2nd asked me to sign a contract when i started that said i wouldn't work 2 jobs. I didn't read that part, and continued to work the 1st job, but now I've read and want to leave the 1st job.

If I leave the 1st job now, will the 1st need to produce documentation to revenue which could get me caught by the 2nd job?
