Eir TV box wall mount

I’ve found other posts about this here but no answers.

I’m considering getting a wall mount for the TV but there are no wall brackets for the Eir TV box.

Does anyone know of a wall mount for another device that would suit ? Or one that is close in size that can be adjusted to fit?

It has to be a bracket that will hold the box flat against the wall, not a shelf.

If anyone has wall mounted an Eir TV box in another window can they tell me how?

Is it an eir multiroom box or the bigger main box?
Have you tried Amazon as they have alot of brackets from amature sellers whom sometimes manufacture using a lazer printer,

I've fitted a metal folding shelf in my attic for a camera recording box, it folds up flat but wouldn't be the most aesthetically pleasant looking item however you could fit a thick framed canvas picture on the base of it which would hide it completely when not in use.

I'm sure you have already considered fitting a longer HDMI cable to relocate the viewing box somewhere else;
I've fitted box shelves tight to the ceiling in the bedrooms of my house to contain all viewing boxs

I’ve used Command strips to hold a Sky Q box flat to the wall.

I've used Genuine brand Velcro pads purchased from woodies they hold up to 20kg per pad,
I've used them to hold crossover boxes inside the doors of my car as I upgrade to component speakers in each door.

There is nowhere else in the room convenient to put devices.

One word of warning does it use direct line of vision for a remote command?

That would be preferable to drilling more holes.

Do you mean the box has to be horizontal or just not be behind the TV ?

No, axis is not important. Line of sight refers to whether you rc will work if the box is hidden. As far as I k ow, the eir box requires this. I’ve mounted several boxes that required LOS behind TVs on walls with the rc receiver just flush with the bottom of the TV without issue. Some trial and error required before committing to final position but worth it for a slick look, assuming of course that the cables are also out of site. Pointless otherwise.

Only option there is to use somthing like a pyramid transmitter which have been around since the mid 90's they transmit all IR signals from any source and consist of a receiver and a sender and looked like a miniature pyramid can have loads of receivers atleast three which is the amount we once had in use on the one receiver long before sky smart eye.
