Problem with Uber App

Hi, not sure if this is a Consumer or Transport issue … I'm trying to set up the Uber app on my phone but I can't get the 4-digit code that's supposed to be texted to me to enable it. I have tried disabling 4G as I read online that might work but it hasn't. Has anyone else had this problem? I'm with Vodaphone. Thanks!

Its neither, it's an uber issue. Cant get hold of them?
