Grundfos 2 bar pump running constantly

I have a (retrofitted) 2 bar Grundfos pump pressurising my hot and cold water system. It's worked pretty well until now, but last night it just kept on running after use. I've checked to make sure that there's no water flowing, leaks, taps running, etc. and eventually turned off the power supply to it. I've tried it again…

I've tried it again today, and it's still running constantly.

Any suggestions? Is it knackered?
