A20e having reception issues

I got an a20e and having awful trouble. Firstly, button stopped working on side after 2 weeks. Sent away and repaired. Then it will drop reception for ages but will show reception. Get "not registered on network" message. Hopping from 4g to 3g to 2g constantly. Battery draining in hours. No data reception even tho it says…

I got an a20e and having awful trouble. Firstly, button stopped working on side after 2 weeks. Sent away and repaired. Then it will drop reception for ages but will show reception. Get "not registered on network" message. Hopping from 4g to 3g to 2g constantly. Battery draining in hours. No data reception even tho it says 4g. Old phone works perfectly with same sim in these locations. Phone sent for repair again, back with updated software.
Its still doing same thing so going back for repair. What do I do now? It's obvious repair crowd aren't seeing the issues. In 6 weeks I have it, it's been away for repair longer than I have had it.
