Career guidance for adults

Hoping to get some recommendations for career guidance in Cork.

I'm in my 30s and basically, I've had a bad run of jobs in my field (supply chain/ procurement) and found myself having to escape toxic environments; now my CV paints me in a very bad light and I'm not able to get the kind of jobs I need to progress. So I'm looking for help rather than inspiration, if you know what I mean.

    Any recommendations appreciated.

If you think you might be in the wrong career I'd recommend this book. I read it years ago when I was unhappy in a career and it helped me move to one that suits me a lot more.
