I have a remote controlled junction box outside with 3 switched circuits around the garden, one one of the circuits id like to add a pir so either or can turn on the lights, is this possible? I have a steinal standalone PiR with a L/N in and a switched live out. Any tips appreciated

If you want the PIR to turn on the circuit you can just put it in parallel to the existing circuit. Now if you want to be able to override the PIR while in a two way type fashion, you'll need to use a contactor with NO and NC contacts.
