Connecting SKY Q boxes via ethernet

    Hi,

Was doing TV install in a house lately and sky had already installed main SKY Q box in living room. They'd left the customer the MINI box for another room as his broadband(different supplier) hadn't been set up.

Anyway, the mini box was too far from the main box for the internal sky mesh wifi system to link them so I connected both boxes to the router via ethernet.

I turned of the wireless in both boxes and they linked up via ethernet and all was good. it seems thought that randomly the main box seems to revert back to connecting to internet via wireless even though nobody switched it back on manually or anything.

Am I overlooking something here ie. any other setting that should be changed etc.

    Thanks
