    1. Should I get notified in relation to Irish Water supply disruptions?

    We endeavour to notify affected premises of planned supply disruption in advance of the works. However, it is not always practicable to notify customers in relation to unplanned works, such a burst water main. Notification of known works are always posted on water.ie and tweeted.

    2. I have a new connection planning query; can you assist me?

    Please feel free to contact us in relation to any New Connection queries that you may have. Please send us the following information by PM and a member of our team will look into this for you.

    - Name;
    - Contact number;
    - Address; and
    - Any questions that you may have.

    3. Is there a Licence Agreement on my property?

    Any queries in relation to planning and licences should be directed to your local Planning Department. Way Leave Agreements should be contained within the relevant documentation when purchasing a home.

    4. I need to report a smell form manhole in my area.

    Please feel free to PM us in relation to any malodours coming from a public wastewater main in your area with the following details.
    - Name;
    - Contact number;
    - Address;
    - If your neighbours are affected; and
    - The times of when the malodours are present.

    5. There is a vulnerable person living in my home; what can I do for to get advanced outage notifications?

    We recognise that some of our customers have different needs when it comes to using our water services and communicating with us due to age, disability or medical conditions. To look after our vulnerable customers, we have developed a priority and special services register. To register yourself or somebody in your home as a vulnerable customer, please complete the online form here.
