Penneys earphones

After my wireless earphones broke, I bought wireless earphones in Penneys for €10 to keep me going at the gym until I decide what I want to replace with. I cant get them to pair with my phone. The blue and red lights flash as per the instructions and the bluetooth device (EE3576) is listed on my phone but it won't connect.

Unfortunately it's probably why they were only 10euro.
