Zgemma H9S singal issue

    Hi,
    I got one of these and have flashed to wooshbuild infinity, it came with atv 6.2 The automatic channel search finds nothing during set up. When i search manually it finds about 8 Sky channels that seems to be test/advertising ones by their name, but none of these show any picture. I don't seem to be getting any signal aside from on the transponder these channels are on.
    I had the connection plugged into an openbox v8s and this was getting all the free to air channels fine.
    The exposed copper wire looks quite long, is it possible it's not long enough, or is the fact that it's getting signal from one transponder indicating it's ok?

    When I go to the signal check the signal is 0 aside from one transponder which is 75% on 28.2 satellite.

    EDIT: seems to have been something to do with the way I Was setting things up, did I blind scan and that seemed to sort the issue
