Pension Contributions Ireland/Germany

    Dear Folks,

I worked in Ireland for a number years before emigrating to UK and then on to Germany where I am currently residing.

Since I have not contributed the minimum of 520 payments I will not be entitled to any irish state pension.

Is it possible to reclaim my contributions back?

Or is there a social security agreement between Ireland and Germany/UK such that all my contributions will be considered upon my retirement.
    For example

    1) Retire in Ireland, contributions from Germany or UK are added to Irish pension
2)Retire in Germany with contributions considered from Ireland or UK etc.

    Any information will be appreciated.
    Best Regards
    Ed
