Does anyone know where this could be sourced in bulk? . Not for human consumption, but needs to be ground fine. I need it for a farming project and can't locate it anywhere. I'm based in the west, but will travel. Don't want to import from the UK, would rather source it locally and pay one of our own.
    Thanks if you can help.

Roches Feeds in Limerick used to mill all Barley down to fine meal. Most mills may be anle to do it if using it in nuts. However the demand now is for rolled Barley if feeding to cattle in rations. It may be hard to source because most millers may that be producing it in bag form and will not want to mill just a few bags

I would try someone like Kiernan's who produce feed for pigs and poultry - https://kiernanmilling.ie/home-corporate/#
