We're about to sell a house in the Clontarf area and are looking for both general advice on selecting an estate agent such as what terms or conditions to look for, fees/commission to expect, etc.

Also, if anyone has any direct experience (good or bad) with dealing with any of the local estate agents that they could provide which might help with our decision it would be appreciated.
