Rooflight below Egress Window

Have a flat roof kitchen extension which will be directly below a bedroom window. So I am aware I will need to maintain an emergency egress route from the window.

I'm also looking at installing a rooflight directely below the window.

I'm wondering if a product like this would be suitable
    https://www.glazingvision.co.uk/rooflights/fixed-rooflights/flushglaze-wall-abutted-rooflight/

It is available in a walk-on version. So far so good. However, it is not fire rated, and I'm not sure if this means it can't be used.

Do the building regulations specify fire separation between a room and an egress route on its roof?

If there were a fire in the kitchen, there would still be a separate escape route via the staircase to outside. Same as if there were a fire in an adjoining room to the bedroom.
