Nest thermo issue

    Folks, hoping for some insight into this.

    My nest thermo has somehow stopped controlling the boiler.

    When I press the manual button on the heat link it turns the heat on.

    When I turn the thermo, I hear the heat link click but the heat doesn’t turn on.

    The thermo is hard wired to the heat link normally, however google have sent me a stand to try it wirelessly. I get the same result.

    Any ideas?
