Anyone have any clue? I'm hungry and starting to waste away here.

I contacted Whirlpool and they want to send an engineer out, at cost.

    Have you set the clock?

I know on some ovens, if the clock is not set, the oven won't function. You might see the clock flashing 0:00 or 12:00

    Worth a try.

I went back to the shop today for the second time and we figured it out. You need to power it off for a minute or so, the turn it back on. When on, hold back and light together until it beeps. I had pizza this evening :-)
