First Calver no milk

WH X FR Springer, had a hard calving last Thursday morning. Since then she hasn't come into milk. She had bagged up really well before calving, now I don't think shes giving any milk. Gave her a shot of Oxyi yesterday and saw the calf sucking her after.
This morning the calf still looked hungry so I drew the cows teats and all that is coming is really thick brown almost like caramel. I don't know if there is any milk in that, the calf is sucking her but swapping teats and ducking her.
I've been supplementing the calf with a bottle and may have to bucket rear him.
Question is will the cow come back into milk after a few days? Shes half dairy and I have her comrades which are milking as good as any dairy cow

Get a bag of dairy nuts in local co op. Is she ok after the hard calving?

Yes she ok, I was giving her penicillin for a few days but she wasn't sick. I'll try the dairy nuts to see if it helps.
