Creating en suite bathroom

Hi, I need to add en suite bathroom to my mothers bedroom in Dublin. Would somebody be so kind to suggest the company who might do it within November 2019? All connections are to be done but the floors are timber so the tubes can pass under.
What should be the fair cost for it?

    Thank you!

There's no way to cost something like that unseen. You say "pass the tubes under it". But you won't pass a 4" soil pipe under it, if the joists are in the way. And if you decide to pass the 4" soil pipe over the floor to outside (say via a rear bedroom and on out the wall), you have to get it to sewer - which may be easy or it may not be easy. Some opt for an electric toilet for that reason - easier to route pipework.

You need a builder or two out to have a look. And given their lead times at present you need to start now. A week or two tops so ought do it, if they put men on it.

Thank you for your precious advice! I’m just starting now, searching online for the companies to contact so please if you have a builders company to recommend, it would be more than welcome.
