Just wondering who do people think is the best tipster on horse racing at the moment? Either newspaper or net tipsters.

The problem that was identified was that a tipster for the Racing Post did very well so people would bet quite a lot on his tips.

He would tip a horse to win at odds of 20/1*.

By the time the bettor got the Racing Post, went to the bookies and bet this horse the odds on the horse were 12/1*.

The horse won 6%* of the time.

The tipster made a profit. The bettor made a loss.

That is a major issue with newspaper tips.
