Looking at fixer upper which had a large 300sq 2 story extension we don't need as the house is big enough and extension takes too much of the garden.

The extension is flat roof and finishes below the roof height of the main pitched roof.
What sort of price would it run to to knock and remove. A standard doorway on each floor providing access, so closing isn't a massive job.

There would be access by knocking through a garage to the rear as part of associated renovation works.

Will have a surveyor pricing the lot before we proceed but interested in ballpark.

Get a few prices. Where is property located? If it’s mad money , could you leave it standing and simply not use the space if you don’t need it ? It’s only 150 sq foot on each level ?
