Absolute torture. We go from days to nights every second week. 12 hour shifts. Just about getting around to them when bang back onto the opposite shift again.

Unless there’s a big big premium in shift allowance forget about it

I work shift 12hr days / nights and prefer it overall vs mon - fri. All shift styles have some compromise but the time off is a huge benefit.
