Gone up a fiver from recent years, also going to be their "48 Hour Weekly Deal"

Still cheapest you'll find in a store in Ireland.

Also should be available nationwide if it's part of their 48 hour deal I'd imagine?

    EDIT: List of stores: https://supervalu.ie/offers/fifa-20

What's the price without a rewards card?
Or can only rewards card holders purchase it?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,020 ✭✭✭123654789

    Says €74.99 on the pic.

I bought chicken in last week's 48 hour offer and the discount didnt come off til I scanned my real rewards card. This is probably the same... €74.99 before the card reduces it.
You can likely pick up a card instore to scan.

Only an €8 saving over buying direct through the Xbox store this year, with the addition of requiring a SuperValu card. Probably not worth it.

Pain in the a** having to use discs, worth the 8 to avoid it.

Yup, one of my kids has 5 different versions of FIFA, and he still uses at least 3 of them (I have no idea why). It's a pain keeping track of which disc is in which Xbox, or whether they're away in their cases.

Someone will gladly scan their card for you in store (and take the points for the purchase of course).

Yeah, I wouldn't mind giving the points to the next person in line but knowing my luck I'll be standing at the customer desk on my own :D

Most people won't care, but I just don't want SV having any data on me.
I could probably fill in a card full of false info :pac:

Tesco and Argos are hopefully still an option too and both closer to me than any SV and won't require a store card :)

Think you can take a card and not fill out any details.

It’s likely the staff member will have a card on them also if they are sound

€60 in Smyths with no caveats. Will they put their price up after this 48 hours?

if you are an XBOX owner, might want to check with the SV store first, went to two shops on the Northside today and they had no XBOX versions, lots of PS4 and SV staff said was a smaller delivery amount for XBOX version.

Someone I worked with in Dunnes got sacked for using their own card while putting through people's shopping (they were caught because they done it a lot). I can only imagine it's the same in all shops so I doubt the staff will do it for you

I don't have a rewards card so I just went to Smyths. If it was 50 quid I would push for the saving but for the sake of a fiver not worth much hassle.

Disappointing tbh. 50 quid for Fifa or red dead redemption was brilliant.

Just wondering if anyone who bought this was able to use the €10 off €50 spend voucher?

I was refused in Monksland, Athlone ☹️

It says on the terms that the offer didnt apply to their software or harware section
