NCT Retesting after 28 Days

I'm getting my car retested tomorrow which is the 28th day since the initial test. I've everything sorted out except a non working wing mirror indicator that unfortunately hasn't arrived yet.

My query is that when I'm failed for this tomorrow, will I have to book in it for a full test again as it is past 28 days since the initial test or would it be just a non-lane inspection within another 28 days?

    Thanks

Its my understanding that it will be a full test as the 28 days as elapsed ,hopefully might give you a pass as its only minor as long as rest of work done.

Hopefully not as a indicator is a visual, not 100% on this though.

Unfortunately you've 28 days from the initial test to get the car through. Getting some items fixed and re-testing doesn't restart or extend the 28 day period.

You'll have to do a full retest, but sure if you've sorted all the issues you should be ok. Bar the €55.00 extra which isn't nice.

Thanks for clearing this up for me. It makes sense.
