Seller is good, and car is in since April 2015.

Laguna are generally good, I’d be checking the history on it as mileage is quite low. Make sure timing belt has been done.

Cheers Colm. Is that information available online?

Yes. Cornmarket insurance quote engine tells you last change of ownership date. Car has 0 previous owners in Ireland so was registered here then.

Looks tidy enough. The mk3 Laguna is generally reliable but surfers from the horrific legacy of the mk2. Means they're cheap as chips.

As said, do your standards checks as with any car. I'd drive it if that was my budget

That's on cheap tax I presume?
What spec is it? The dynamique spec is good. Looks half leather. Mileage is low but not massively so. I'd prefer the 2.0 litre but that seems good value if it's well looked after
