    Best bet of the day runs in the 1.15 @ Redcar

    12.45 Redcar, Out Of Breath, laying for a place at around 11/10. I cant see the horse winning and I don't think it will be placed either.

    1.15 Redcar, Bently Wood, around 5/2 - 11/4 I backed this to win. I have it as a 2 horse race and I'm not liking the fav. I was just going to lay the fav but I don't see much else in the race so backing bently wood to win.

    Finished 2nd - raced keenly, with leaders, driven to lead narrowly over 2f out, ridden over 1f out, kept on, headed and not pace of winner near finish

    Finished 4th - in touch, headway to join leaders towards far side of group over 3f out, ridden and every chance inside final 2f, outpaced inside final furlong

    0/2 in the selections stakes
    1/1 in the "I'm out" stakes
