Neighbours' extension

    Hi,
    We are in a semi detached. A neighbour's is getting an extension built and the roof looks like it edging over the parting wall. Is there an expert I can get quickly out to the house to advise what to do here?

    Sorry I haven't a clue about this stuff.

    We contacted a Building Surveyor who told us it might be a job for a Land Surveyor. Someone else said no Building Surveyor.

    I'd say that guy didn't want the work to be honest.
