Boosting Water pressure

    Hi just wondering how can I increase pressure in my shed, it is well pumped water which is T” d off between house and shed. I need high pressure to wash farm trailers etc. it’s in the shed in 1/2 inch hyrdolayer. Any help or ideas on what to do appreciated

    If you are going to wash plant and machinery then the best way would be to put a large water tank, or plastic 200 litre drum, in the shed. Connect your water supply to it via a ball-cock. You could also divert rain water from gutters into the drum as well, just free flowing into it. Have a connection at the bottom of the tank with a filter / strainer and connect a hose to a power washer from it.
    You could go a step further and have a connection at the start of the hose from the tank for connecting up a detergent feed.
