Looking for lightweight laptop for around 400 price

Hi all,
My wife has started studying again lately for a career change.
I'd like to get her a decent laptop that's thin and light, but as fast as possible - so SSD and a half decent amount of RAM.
It'll be used for internet, word, excel and other basic stuff (and streaming like netflix etc).
Anybody got any recommendations ?

yes they are solid.

not unreliable / dodgy on returns like laptopsdirect.
