A quick google and you will find a few suppliers.

In my opinion these units have been surpassed by superior cheaper offerings such as the Nest Hello (internet connection required). This is not just a video intercom, it allows multiple users to respond from anywhere through a smartphone.

Thank you can I swap to this option of best hello with the same wiring system? I’m living in apartment so cannot change anything else apart from the handset.

There are limitations with Nest Hello (and others such as Ring.com):
    1) Wifi required (and by extension internet)
    2) DC power supply 16 to 24V (24V preferred).

In your case as it is an apartment these options may not suit.

Well these units are powered by standard Door bells

    Ring have a battery unit.

Have you a door bell in your apartment, a regular doorbell, independent of an intercom?

One of the ring models can be installed without power.

    You can charge it up
Supposed to get 2 to 6 months out of a charge.

I MBE set one up like.that though.

Note they were initially designed with this in mind. For people in apartments to take away with them when they moved. That was on the promotional documents back in the day.

I would suggest contacting REW Ballymount. They are Bticino stockists.
