    Okay this is weird & and I know not normal...

    I've become weirdly obsessed about a low rate soap actor his girlfriend and he's cheating ways! I constantly check for updates/goss; its weird but I can't seem to stop this fixation and its getting me down because I know its not my business or right.

    I do somehow think its deflection of my own life. I lead a very boring life, in a very boring job which doesn't seem to be changing no matter how I try, I'm single & always have been which is fine, I have a great circle of friends and a good social life so I'm not a total loser. If you met me you see confident, outgoing & good craic.

    I've been trying for many years to change my life to no avail, and I always firmly believe it will happen but now I'm bored & frustrated.

    So boardsie's any advice, or am I nuts?

    Get a new, more challenging job, find an exciting hobby to chew up your spare time and start using dating apps to meet people with a view towards romance.
