MacBook Pro - battery not charging...?

I usually run my MB Pro on battery and then plug it in when prompted. About three hours ago, I plugged it in. The light on the charge plug in the computer is orange and the battery charge indicator is stuck on 3%. The battery symbol is black and has the fork lightening charge symbol on it. But, it hasn’t budged from 3%.…
