    I closed my account with these guys in August. I’m still waiting on a refund from them. I have contacted them 3 times now and each time I get a reply saying that the customer service agent will forward on my query to accounts & he has no idea why there is an issue & as soon as it’s sorted they will automatically refund me.

    Does anyone know how I can escalate things??
