    Hi all

As the heading suggests, I use a well known Supermarket for my shopping, having it delivered to my home as I work a 40 hour week, have kids with after school classes etc.

I dont really have much issue really just a few niggling small things like out of stock items etc. but the store is looking for feedback on ways to improve their services so im going to give my tuppence worth.

If you were to fill in what you would like to see change, what would it be?

as my boss says to cold caller marketing people/scum/conmen
"how much are you going to pay me for this information?"
"ehh, sorry? what do you mean?"
"well I presume you are being paid to be in market research, how much are you going to pay me to be involved?"
    "ehh, nothing?..."
"hahaha, you expect me to work for fcuking free?! would you!!"

Pardon me for stating the bleeding obvious but 'change' is a relative term. You haven't even disclosed who you shop with at the moment, nor have you kicked off this 'discussion' with a few suggestions of your own.

All of which suggests that this is a fishing exercise for a study project or you're involved in market research and you're doing a survery on the cheap from your desk.

I have significant concerns that match coylemj's there and as such I'm going to close this thread.
