Couple nice ones running in a bit.

    2.30 Ayr, Zoravan, around 9/1 I backed it E.w
same race, Make me, I don't think it will win but I backed it for the place too around 5/4, I hope it can run into a place.

    Southwell 7.15
    Tinnahalla @4/1
Won a barrier trial impressively while trained by ado McGuinness in Ireland and was then sold to Jamie Osbourne where he made his debut in a decent race where he was quite green, but ran respectably.
Had plenty of time to get over that run and im expecting a big run in an ordinary race.

2.40 Pontefract, Hammer Gun, around 2/1.... 100% lay for me, the horse won't win, my best bet of the day.

2.50 Yarmouth, Esprit Rose, around 9/4. I backed to win

Thats me for awhile... good luck

Hammer Gun is a lovely horse at it's level, no world beater but tough, sound, consistent and battles as hard as the best of them, you would love to own one like that

I had a little ew on dragons call. Out of her depth last time but seems to have been found a reasonable opening by her shrewd handler. Worth an ew at double figures.

Amber Spark in the 4.00 is a good ew
    14-1

    Jesse Allan 28-1 4.30

I like this ew, 5 places

Not a great day so far. Last 2 bets of the day for me.

4.40 Pontefract, Pianissimo, around 11/8 I think it will bolt in, backed to win

4.50 Yarmouth, Yimou, around 6/4. This is a lay bet for me, I don't think it will win.

Sempre Presto might be a tad overpriced still at 12/1 with bet365 in the 5:00. Hasn’t been too far back on last 3 starts, seems versatile ground wise, isn’t too far off last winning mark and the extra bit of distance might suit. Each way bet for me.

Was probably underpriced! My only other today, Martin Warrior in 5:30 to win. 9/4. Last time was a bit too far, back in class 5 and 2 from 2 in Chelmsford over 1m and 6

Manton Warrior didn’t have a chance really off the pace, under pressure a long way from home, stayed on fairly well for 3rd but never looked a threat. One to keep an eye on though I think.

I just blew a fiver there, i am not happy.

Charlie Fellowes is tied in with mark prescott. I watched a great feature on his tour of newmarket recently, on you tube worth a look. I will post it later on.

I hate blowing fivers on non tryers. Foostwaighting.

Very frustrating days racing. In the next the 7pm @ chelmsford, the fav Dubai Icon looks to be a good thing. I was in 2 minds whether to back it or leave it along. But with the money for it after coming in I'm getting stuck in @ around 7/4.

Same race I'm laying Dr Jeckll for a place around 4/5 but the fav... if it wins it'll be profit for the day, if not.. losses

Not much to be confident about in the US of A but I'm going to have a punt on one. 10.37 Belmont, Control Group. Around 2/1'is, feeding money in for the win. In all fairness it's a bit of a donkey of a horse in regards it's unreliable but if it's primed for the job it has some really strong form to it's name. I have a feeling it might be primed for the win here and hopefully Ortiz will get the job done.
