WhatsApp audio issue

Hi, I recently got a Samsung S10e and had whatsapp installed twice using dual messenger. A week or so ago the audio from any media sent in WhatsApp stopped working. I tried force closing the app, deleting the cache, reboot the phone and even wipe cache partition in the recovery menu. I uninstalled both apps and it worked…

Hi, I recently got a Samsung S10e and had whatsapp installed twice using dual messenger. A week or so ago the audio from any media sent in WhatsApp stopped working. I tried force closing the app, deleting the cache, reboot the phone and even wipe cache partition in the recovery menu. I uninstalled both apps and it worked fine until last night.

I uninstalled the second app and the audio worked again briefly but is gone once again.

Anyone have any ideas or solutions?
